My house had already been on the market for more than 2-1/2 months and gaining no attention when a friend of mine recommended Juergen.  I decided to give Juergen a try, and he made a good impression on me right away.  He listened carefully to what I had to say, looked at every detail of the house, and immediately made a list of  small improvements / repairs that would make the property much more attractive.  He also updated the photography that was being used to advertise the house.  In just over a week, Juergen attracted several potential buyers.  A few days later, my house was sold, for a price that I felt comfortable with.
